I first started in the insurance industry in 1992 as an agent for XYZ Insurance. Since that first day my goal has been to provide the best service for the people of Strum Wisconsin and the surrounding area.
A few years back I started to find that representing a single insurance company was not in my, or my customers best interest. Representing a single company limited eligibility, coverage options, and price. Because of this, I chose to become an independent insurance agent, representing several insurance companies, giving myself and my customers more choices when insuring their cars, homes, and other property they might have.
One thing that you will find that sets us apart from other agencies is that we personally answer the phone both during and after regular business hours, whether you have a question about your bill, or you have a possible claim, you'll always have someone to talk to.
